You agree to use Pulse only for lawful purposes. You will not: attempt to disrupt or compromise the service; scrape, mirror, or resell content at scale; bypass security or rate limits; upload malicious content; or use Pulse to harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others.

The Pulse name, logo, layout, original copy, and source code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Third-party data displayed in widgets (news, market data, music charts, etc.) remains the property of the original providers.

Pulse links to and embeds data from third-party services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, content, or practices of those third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access to Pulse at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pulse harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pulse is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pulse after changes constitutes acceptance.
